As Christian leaders we acknowledge our accountability to God for our actions, decisions, and the way they fulfill their leadership responsibilities. We endeavour to ensure that our leadership is in accordance with God's will, by seeking His guidance and wisdom through prayer and studying the Bible.

All the Leadership at Freedom Church Africa are accountable to God, the board of elders, and you the congregation. Our Pastors are accountable to 2 pastors who know them personally and ask them the tough questions. We also have a leadership accountability policy in our church constitution to deal with this and all church leadership disciplinary matters. 

 

Our lives are wide open to you and you can ask us anytime whether or not there is ongoing sin in our life!

We are transparent to you and live our lives in the light and not in the dark. We live as an example to you in all forms or purity and righteousness and all those in leadership will accept any church discipline if any of the leadership fail in this area.
